My original works give away several chapters for free (DFT literally gives away 34 chapters), and even have some free stories that are complete (for those wanting a complete adventure.) After you have read all the free pieces, you are encouraged to either:

I will eventually charge for collections, so that you can continue to read and keep work from Patreon without needing to stay month after month. (Collections can only be bought of the latest story parts, they unfortunately cannot be bought for things written in the future.
So if you bought an almost full collection at $20.00, you won't get the newer chapters added to it.
